This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit quottea.com, why it is collected, and how you can access, correct, or delete it.
It covers the website only. The Quottea application is not yet publicly available, and a separate policy will apply when it launches.
What we collect
Early access form. If you sign up for early access, we collect your email address and whatever information you choose to enter. This form is hosted by Tally.
Demo booking. If you book a demo, Google Calendar collects your name, email address, and the details you enter when booking, in order to create the appointment.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate origin, device type, and clicks on the main buttons. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Preference cookie. The site sets one cookie of its own, quottea-color-mode. It remembers your light or dark theme choice for one year and performs no tracking.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and notify you at launch, if you asked us to.
- To schedule and hold the demos you book.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve the content.
We do not sell your information, and we do not trade it for advertising purposes.
Service providers and processing outside Quebec
Three providers process information on our behalf: Tally for the early access form, Google Calendar for appointments, and Google Analytics for usage statistics. Their servers are located outside Quebec, which means the information you send us may be processed and stored there.
How long we keep it
We keep early access email addresses until the product launches, or until you ask us to remove them. Appointments remain in our calendar for as long as needed to follow up on the business relationship. Usage statistics are retained in aggregated form according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@quottea.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The last updated date above always indicates the version currently in effect.
