AI assistant

Our assistant Tea knows your projects.

Ask your questions: Tea goes through your workspace, gives you the answers, and acts on your decisions once you confirm them.

Ask

Ask the question, Tea answers.

Tea looks through the content of your workspace. Every rank, difference, and total is computed by the system; Tea only quotes them.

What Tea can read

  • Projects, requests, and quotes
  • Communications received and sent
  • Your private directory and the RBQ register
  • Project documents and plans
  • Calendar and project notes
  • Bid schedule and quote comparisons
  • SEAO public contracts
  • Company locations

Example questions

  • What are this week’s deadlines?
  • Who has replied on the concrete request?
  • Compare the plumbing quotes.
  • What do the addenda say about delivery times?
  • Which firms are within 10 km of the site?
  • What are the SEAO contracts for this firm?

Approve

Tea proposes the changes, you confirm.

Tea prepares your change requests and waits for your confirmation. Nothing is written until a person approves.

What Tea can propose

  • Create a project or a request
  • Add a subcontractor or a contact
  • Attach companies to a request
  • Create a note or an appointment
  • File your communications
  • Create bid packages from the documents
  • Change amounts on the bid schedule
  • Add or change quotes

An amount is accepted only once you confirm it.

Every change is confirmed on a card that shows the new value beside the old one.

Prepare

A draft, then you send.

Tea drafts an invitation, a follow-up, or a reply and opens it in the send window. You review it, edit it, and hit Send when ready — or discard it.

  • Tea writes the subject and the body and nothing else: recipients, sending mailbox, and documents stay as the window proposes them.
  • Every check on a send applies as it would to a message you wrote yourself.

Limits

What Tea never does

Your workspace admins can control the level of AI assistance allowed.

  • Send an email without your approval.
  • Choose the winning quote without your approval.
  • Invent an amount: only your own words or a quote in your workspace count.
  • Modify your workspace without your explicit confirmation.
